MAKING A BOOKING
How do I book?
Bookings are managed exclusively online for up to 4 guests at Hoppers Soho, up to 10 guests at Hoppers Marylebone and up to 18 guests at Hoppers King’s Cross. You can book for up to 3 months in advance, via the link here.
Due to card details being required to secure your booking, we cannot accept reservations over the phone or via email.
I can’t see availability for the date I want.
We have a number of walk-in space on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once all the space are full, we run a virtual queue. Kindly note that we are usually unable to accommodate large groups of walk-ins and the waitlist might take up to 3 hours during peak times.

EXISTING BOOKINGS
Can I change/cancel my reservation?
You are able to modify or cancel your booking via the “Manage Reservation” & “Cancel Reservation” links in your confirmation email, subject to the cancellation terms.
I’m late to my reservation!
We’ll hold your table for up to 15 minutes. If you are running later than that, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this might mean that your time at the table will be limited. If you received a reminder SMS about your reservation, you can let us know you’re running late by texting directly back to the team.
ABOUT YOUR VISIT
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome, however, please note that we’re unable to accommodate children under the age of 7yrs after 7 pm.
Do you have step-free access?
We do have step-free access at our King’s Cross restaurant. Hoppers Marylebone has step free access for up to 3 guests on the ground floor. Hoppers Soho is not step-free due to the bathroom being located on the lower ground floor.
I have a food allergy, can I dine at Hoppers ?
We can cater for most food allergies, just ask your server for the allergen menu when you arrive. However, please note that coconut, garlic and onion are widely used in our dishes and we cannot guarantee that they will be trace free.
Do you serve halal meat?
We serve halal lamb and chicken dishes at all of our restaurants. Please make sure you flag any dietary requirements with your server when you visit us.
Do you cater for vegans?
Yes, we have vegan options on our menu, just ask your server for the vegan menu when you arrive.
Can we bring our own cake?
We usually do not allow food from outside to be brought to the restaurant. However, we understand that guests do like to bring in their own cake from time to time. Therefore, we are happy for you to bring your own cake with a cakeage charge of £5 per person, capped at £25.

Can I order home delivery?
Yes, we offer hot food delivery across London via Deliveroo, use this link to order or to check if we deliver to your area.
