Crack into Spring

Spring has sprung and Easter’s just around the corner – so we’re marking the season with two cracking new specials that are available all month long until 30th April.

First up, our Kerala Duck Egg Kari – a rich, comforting coconut curry starring soft-yolked duck eggs, simmered in spices and full of South Indian soul. This dish is inspired by a family recipe from our Executive Chef Renjith Sarathchandran and is our special Easter tribute, putting eggs right where they belong – front and centre of the table.

Pair it with our signature hoppers or dosas and you’ve got yourself a South Indian Easter feast that gives the classic roast a run for its money.


 

Gin & Tropics

With the shift in seasons comes the need for something tropical in your glass. And so we bring you the Pina Kalada Sour – our sun-soaked take on a retro classic. 

We’ve flipped the nostalgic Piña Colada into a zesty, sour-style cocktail: Stranger & Sons gin, pineapple liqueur, lime, coconut foam, and a dash of chilli. It’s a tropical escape in a glass, perfect for toasting longer days, lighter evenings and that first taste of spring sunshine.

As always, there’s more to these specials than great flavour – a portion of every dish and drink sold goes towards our Feeding the Future campaign, helping support children in need with every bite and sip.
