This summer, we’re launching our very own toddy tapper inspired Ceylonese Punch Trolley.
Exclusively available for bookings in our semi-private vaults, create your personalised arrack Punch concoctions, while digging into the new home style family feast menus.
New feasting dishes include fiery Fish Head Kari with Okra and Green Mango, or 42 hour Ceylonese Lamb Shoulder with Rasa, paired perfectly with a selection of Punch infusions;
‘Island Spice’ with pineapple sherbet, sweet anise, fennel and the floral ‘Lunuganga’, with Cocchi Rosa, mint, hibiscus, Campari and raspberry Eau de Vie – an ode to the garden residence of the late Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa who inspired the design of the restaurant.
